Cabbage Slaw - Some Friday, after a stressful week, throw a blanket on the ground in the backyard, fire up the BBQ for some burgers, and serve this healthy salad. It’s so good you and goes so well with everything, it’s hard not to make too often.

Ingredients to make Cabbage Slaw
1 Cabbage,finely sliced
1 Large onion,finely sliced
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/3 c honey
3/4 t Dry mustard
3/4 t Salt
1/2 t Celery seed
2 Carrots,grated
Directions to make Cabbage Slaw
Step 1:Place cabbage and onions in a large bowl.
Step 2:Mix together the vinegar, vegetable oil, honey, dry mustard, salt, and celery seed in a large pan and bring to a boil. Simmer 1-2 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix well. Let stand for a few hours.
Step 3:Will keep covered and refrigerated for several days.
